Training Log - August 11th 2009


Quick gym workout

  • Incline press (smith machine) - 70#+bar 2x15, 90#+bar 1x8
  • Incline dumbbell press - 40# 2x12, 45# 1x8
  • Medicine ball lateral throws - 7kg 2x40 each side
  • Rowing machine - resistance level 5 - 10 minutes
