- Incline press (dumbbell) - 35# 1x12, 40# 1x12 45# 1x9
- Push-ups (bosa balls) - 1x8, 1x9, 1x8
- Pull-ups (palms in) - 1x7, 1x2

Training Log - August 17th - September 3
- A few runs, and few bike rides, a few hikes, and a few workouts at the gym. Training has been inconsistent due to travel/vacation. But I am back and ready to up my training for the fall.
- Today - ran 4.25 miles.
