Light upper body workout

  • Incline press (smith machine) - 90# 2x12, 110# 2x7
  • Incline press (dumbbell) - 35# 1x12, 40# 1x12 45# 1x9
  • Push-ups (bosa balls) - 1x8, 1x9, 1x8
  • Pull-ups (palms in) - 1x7, 1x2
  • Sit-ups - 1x40, 1x30
