Training Log - October 30th 2009


  • Walking lunges - 5-10 minutes
  • Pull-ups - 2 sets
  • Push-ups - 2 sets
  • Sit-ups - 2 sets
  • Seated Leg Ext. - 2 sets
  • Dumbbell bench press - 2 sets
  • Front shoulder raises - 2 sets
  • Upper and lower body stretching - 15 mins
