  • 4 rounds (20 reps each) of ab crunches (exercise ball), supermans, med ball toe touches (crunch), ab machine, back extension machine, rotary torso machine
  • Plank holds - 1' - 1' - 1' - 1'
  • Straight arm side plank holds - 30" - 30" - 30" - 30"
  • Stretching/flexibility work
