Upcoming events (brain and body):

I plan to build up mileage very slowly and continue substituting some of my runs with zero-impact pool running.

New Death Race website from peakraces.com

http://www.youmaydie.com/

Awesome domain name!

Quotes from the site:

"...to secure a spot in our event you will be required to contact Andy,
aka the 'undertaker'"

"I agree and understand all of the ramifications with entering or supporting this event. This is a race that is one of the toughest in the world. Participants as well as spectators and support crew can die. This is not a joke and must be taken seriously. At registration you will be required to explain that you understand these statements."

Nice.
