  • Move and stack a bunch of condo windows
  • Deep water pool running - 2 hours
  • Rowing machine - 30 minutes
  • Brisk treadmill walk w/dumbbells - 20# 20 minutes
  • Recumbent elliptical - 20 minutes
  • Pull-ups - 2
