Training Log - July 17th 2009


AM
  • Incline press (smith machine) - bar + 80# 1x15, 1x12, 1x8 - bar + 50# 1x12
  • Seated shoulder press (smith machine) - bar + 20# 2x10, 2x15
  • Incline dumbbell press - 30# 1x15, 3x14
  • Push-ups (bosu balls kneel) - 1x8, 2x9
  • Sit-ups - 2x25, 1x35
  • Medicine ball overhead throws (kneel) - 7kg 2x30
  • Medicine ball lateral throws (kneel) - 7kg 2x50 each side
  • Pull-ups - 1x5
  • Lumbar ext (dumbbell deadlift) - 30# 3x10
  • Stability ball walk-outs - 1x10
  • Stability ball bridges - 1x30 then hold
  • Rowing machine - resistance level 10, 20 minutes

PM
  • Jog (grass/dirt) - 1/2 mile
