1. Ran the Burlington 10k "Race for Empowerment" in 50 minutes 12 seconds wearing Vibram FiveFingers.
2. Dug up 8x16 garden with shovel, tore apart 2 pallets with a hammer to use wood for edging, hammered 5 wooden stakes into the ground, moved a few small logs, moved 8-10 medium sized stones, carried 3 full bags of soil/clippings (one at a time) on my shoulder about 200 yards.
