Training Log - June 22nd 2009


Still unable to run due to foot injury, so I figured I would spend some time in the gym at work.

Very light workout to ease back into non-running exercise.

  • Flat dumbbell press - 20 lbs. - 3x14
  • Incline dumbbell press - 20 lbs. - 3x14
  • Stationary bike - medium intensity - 15 minutes
  • Crunches 2x15
  • Full body stretching - 15 minutes
