Still unable to run due to foot injury, so I figured I would spend some time in the gym at work.
Very light workout to ease back into non-running exercise.
- Flat dumbbell press - 20 lbs. - 3x14
- Incline dumbbell press - 20 lbs. - 3x14
- Stationary bike - medium intensity - 15 minutes
- Crunches 2x15
- Full body stretching - 15 minutes
