  • Elliptical trainer - 94 minutes @ 90+ spm
  • Run (treadmill) - 31 minutes (barefoot)
  • Stationary bike (recumbent) - 32 minutes @ 110-115 rpm
  • Heel walking / lower leg stretching - 10 minutes
