Training Log - January 16th 2010


  • Snowshoe (hike) - Camel's Hump summit via Burrows trail - 4.8 miles
  • 2 rounds (15 each) of barbell bench press, seated db shoulder press, db rows, db front shoulder raises, db lateral raises, db shrugs
  • Barbell curls - 3x10
  • Barbell squats - 3x15
  • Push-ups - 106 (5-5-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-5-11)
