  • Machine workout - 3 rounds (12-15 reps each) of flat bench plate machine, incline bench plate machine, smith machine flat bench, butterfly machine, shoulder press machine, back extension machine, biceps curl machine, triceps extension machine, ab crunch machine, rotary torso machine - no breaks
  • Run (road) - 4+ miles
