  • 2 rounds (10-12 each) of chin-ups, lat. pull-downs, seated row machine, shoulder press machine, tri ext, incline db press, db rows, db shoulder press, front shoulder db raises, lat shoulder db raises
  • Ab machine (2x20)
  • Back ext (2x20)
  • Push-ups - 55
  • No breaks
