  • Hike - Mount Hunger summit via Waterbury trail
  • Strength training - 3 rounds of wide-grip pull-ups, flat db press, db shrugs, db rows, standing db shoulder press, lat pull-downs, push-ups
  • Flexibility work / stretching
  • Bike (road) - 23.5 miles
