Training Log - November 23rd 2009


  • 3 rounds of pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, flat dumbbell press, bent over dumbbell rows, dumbbell curls, front shoulder dumbbell raises, side shoulder raises, tricep dips
  • Stationary bike - 20 minutes @ 100-110 rpm
  • Lots of stretching
