Training Log - November 9th 2009


  • 2 rounds of pull-ups, flat dumbbell bench press, push-ups, sit-ups, incline dumbbell bench press, dumbbell rows (knee on bench), front shoulder dumbbell raises, side shoulder dumbbell raises, standing dumbbell shoulder press, barbell curls
  • Stationary bike - 20 minutes (easy)
