Training Log - November 2nd 2009


  • Pull-ups (11, 9, 8), push-ups (15, 15, 14), sit-ups (3x30), incline dumbbell press (12,12,8), front shoulder dumbbell raises (14,13,13), lat med ball throws (3x30 each side), seated leg extensions (3x20 each)
  • Rowing machine - 10 minutes @ resistance level 10
  • Going to PT this afternoon to get my ankle worked on (need to get back to running!)
