Training Log - November 4th 2009


  • 3 rounds of pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, dumbbell curls, front shoulder dumbbell raises, side shoulder dumbbell raises, rear lateral dumbbell raises, standing dumbbell shoulder press, incline bench press (smith machine), barbell curls
  • Stretching - assorted upper and lower body - 10 minutes
